Subject: Annual Staff Appreciation Event – Friday, April 18
Dear Meridian Technologies Team,
We are delighted to announce that our Annual Staff Appreciation Event will be held on Friday, April 18, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. in the main conference hall on the 3rd floor.
This year's event will feature a catered dinner, a live music performance by the Meridian Jazz Quartet, and a raffle with prizes including gift cards and weekend getaway packages. We will also be presenting the Employee of the Year Award and two newly introduced department excellence awards.
Please note that attendance is optional, but we warmly encourage everyone to join us. If you plan to attend, kindly register via the HR portal by Wednesday, April 16, so that we can arrange catering accordingly.
Spouses and partners are welcome to attend. If you have any dietary restrictions or accessibility needs, please indicate this when registering.
